Making a Booking
Bookings can be made via:

Information Required for Booking:

  • Pickup and drop-off locations

  • Date and time of travel

  • Number of passengers

Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed in writing (email or text)

  • We will contact customers a few days before travel to reconfirm details

Changes and Cancellations

  • Bookings can be amended or cancelled via phone or email

  • Cancellations 48 hours or more in advance: full refund

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours: may incur full fare charge

No-Shows

  • Failure to appear for a confirmed booking may result in full fare charge

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash, Bank Transfer, Card (if agreed)

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is required before or on the day of travel

  • Deposits may be requested for special bookings (e.g., weddings, group events)

Late Payment:

  • Failure to pay as agreed may result in cancellation of the booking
